I shall try this again…Toy Story 2!

I remember back in the day I used to write so much I would actually feel guilty when I didn’t write something. I always had something to write, even if it didn’t make any sense or I just wanted to rant about something.

I’m sad that I’ve lost it and I wish I had written more. I read previous entries and realized how much I remember just by rereading stuff.

I’ll start out short and hopefully it’ll expand on from there.

Now as I promised, the Movie Ticket Stubs!…

One of my prized posessions

So here holds all of my movie ticket stubs for the last 10 years…It’s probably my most prized possessions…

Here’s the first one I started collecting:

Toy Story 2

TOY STORY 2!!!

I know, I know I should’ve written this when Toy Story 3 came out, but let’s just pretend I did…

I remember watching this movie with my sister. My great aunt and auntie went to see something else while they told us to watch Toy Story 2 because the movie they were seeing was rated R… I wanted to say that they went to see ‘Erin Brocovich’, but my research says that it wasn’t released until March the following year…oh well…

We came in late and missed the Pixar short. ‘Luxo Jr.’ was the short. I don’t recall seeing the original Toy Story in theaters when it came out, but I know I saw it because I was already familiar with all of the characters.

From what I see about this date, it’s Thanksgiving….like Thursday Thanksgiving. November 25, 1999 was Thanksgiving. So I’m not really sure why my parents weren’t around. I’m guessing we were staying with my great aunt who lived the next building over. But why weren’t we celebrating Thanksgiving? Maybe the dates were mixed up…but I know that this was one of the first movie ticket stubs I started collecting…

Anyway, we sat in that front section that nobody likes to sit in because we were late. And because we were late we had to sit in the very right of that section…it wasn’t too bad. We were far enough back so that it wasn’t too much of a bother. And I remember the floor being sticky with soda :(

From what I remember, I LOVED this movie. I remember laughing at every single joke they had (except the one where Hamm says something about mileage…). What else can I say about this movie? It’s a Pixar/Disney movie…it was magical.

My sister and I were out of the theater before my great aunt and auntie were out of their movie, so we had to wait a while. When they came out they said there was lots of sex and cursing. I don’t think I responded to that…

Next movie is:

Scream 3!

Now I have to give thanks to Jeff who was that final push for me to start writing again. He has these super cool insulated mugs that don’t leave that stupid water ring, ruining tables and stuff. Click here to browse: Mimuno

Here’s a sample of stuff…that I’m planning to buy :)

I’m trying out Tumblr, but still keeping Xanga and Livejournal. I’ve pretty much given up on MySpace…
